The 2008 Election

We need to vote for God. I say this again right up front. We must vote to uphold His commandments, statues, and precepts and our constitution which is based on God’s Word. We may not win the election but we will be in the will of God. He will keep us from total destruction and in time He will restore us. I said before that we will have to fight the terrible civil war to save our children and to bring revival to our land, so that God will not have to wipe us off the map for all eternity. We are living like Sodom and Gomorra committing every kind of sin imaginable. You know that He destroyed them. Genesis 19:1 And there came two angels to Sodom. 19:12 And the men (angels) said to Lot, Hast thou here any besides son-in-law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place: 13 For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the Lord; and the Lord hath sent us to destroy it. I don’t believe that anyone has found a trace of it. It is as if it never existed.

Our Presidents hands are pretty much tied unless he has the majority of the House of Representatives and Congress on his side. Let us start with the lowest office of government in every village, and burg; How the Mayors, judges, etc vote, and the polices they promote.

I’ve been reading the Left Behind series and I’m glad that I will not have to live thru the judgments of Revelations. I know that not everyone believes in the rapture and that’s okay. We will find out some day who is right. If we have said the sinner’s prayer it shouldn’t matter. The books are written with Revelations in mind and they weave a tale of what people may go through. They have angels performing miracles to protect them. It’s really fun reading, and got me to thinking about the wonders God performs in our lives today.

Many of the same situations are being played out today. You hear people say that they go to church and attend Sunday school and have outreach programs to help those in need. God is good and He loves all and would never send anyone to hell. Some don’t even believe there is a pit hell; a lake of brimstone and fire. Many churches are teaching the truth. Others are being silenced for fear of losing their tax exempt status. A few are beginning to fight back, proclaiming their right to teach the Word of God without censorship.

Behold, I send an angel before thee to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. 21 Beware of him, and obey his voice, provote him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him. 22 But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries. 23 For mine angel shall go before thee, and bring thee into the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off.

Exodus 23:20-23

If we have forgotten the name of our God, or stretched out our hands to a strange god; 21 Shall not God search this out? For he knoweth the secrets of the hreart.

Psalm 44:20-21

They have belied the Lord, and said, Is not he; neither shall we see sword or famine:

Jeremiah 5:12

Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.

Matthew 13:13

The Lord is saying enough, ‘Turn back to your roots and I will restore you’.

Bring Up Children God’s Way

Check out book stores before you take your children to them and see what they are displaying. Some have pornographic materials on display and don’t seem to care when someone brings it to their attention. It is harmful to any child for some of them will not forget it and it will lead them down the road to being addicted to it. Don’t shrug it off as if it won’t happen. Many men and women say that it happened to them when they were just a child.

If you haven’t asked the Lord to be ruler over your life why not do it now. You will never be the same. If you have backslidden He is always willing to restore you. Accept Jesus and the Holy God who created this wonderful place for us to live. Just look out your window and see the wonder of it all.

Say this prayer

Dear Lord I am a sinner

I don’t want to live this way any more

I ask you to forgive my sins (list them out loud)

I want you to be the ruler of my life

To live in my heart forever

To guide me in all righteousness

I thank you for coming into my heart

Please fill me with the Holy Spirit

And give me the gift of tongues, Amen

Read the Bible everyday. Start with the Book of John. Read the Psalms and The Book of Proverbs. Find a church that will not compromise God’s Word. Upon arising in the morning ask God to guard your mouth that you will only speak and do what He leads you to do.

You must ask to speak in tongues in order to receive this gift. It is a way of praying the perfect will of God for the situation. Satan cannot understand what you are saying so he can’t try to stop your prayer from being fulfilled. You can ask the Spirit to reveal the prayer to you. He sometimes gives someone the gift of tongues without them asking for he has a special purpose for them to fulfill.
